Returns and Exchanges

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy are good for 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days from date of purchase no refund or exchange is available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was sent All products must be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Health and personal care items
• Custom orders  

ROLLER SKATES

Roller skates can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Products must show no sign of use and must be returned in their original packaging. If returning via mail – the skate box must be protected by a bag or protective shipping box. Do not tape or damage the skate box. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or tracking number for exchanges.
Once refunds are processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

FREE SIZING EXCHANGE:

If, upon receipt of your skates they turn out to be the wrong size fit – simply return the shipment at your cost we will pay for the first return exchange shipping costs at our end. There may be additional return shipping fees outside of Canada. Please contact us at rollerowl@rollerowl.com and we will gladly provide instructions on how to exchange the skates. This free shipping offer is limited to the first exchange only. Please note, only one exchange shipping offer of product are permitted, and that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs at regular Canada Post or other applicable shipping costs outside Canada for the second exchange. Only two exchanges are permitted. 

PARTS & ACCESSORIES

Parts, accessories, and hardware can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. To be acceptable for refund or exchange, products must show no sign of use (in new condition) and must be returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange of parts and accessories unless an error has been made on our part. Flat rate shipping only applies to the original shipment, subsequent shipments are billed at regular Canada post rates.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund within 35 days, please, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it sometimes takes certain financial institutions longer than others before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Standard stock products purchased between Oct 10th and December 24th can be returned for exchange or refund before January 15th. Products must show no sign of use (in new condition) and must be returned in their original condition Please note * shipping costs will be deducted on all refunds.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are available. Simply email us for details at rollerowl@rollerowl.com

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final.
Please note, In the unlikelihood that you receive a defective product simply send us an email at rollerowl@rollerowl.com and return the item with a copy of the sales slip.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
